| The middle-level managers are the mainstay of the hotel management.They are not only responsible for the implementation of the strategic planning of the senior decision-making level of the hotel,but also responsible for the management and construction of the basic level hotel staff team.For hotels,the recruitment of middle-level managers is the top priority of the whole hotel recruitment work.Applying competency to the recruitment of middle-level managers in hotels can help hotels to improve the quality of recruitment,increase the effective match between hotels and talents,reduce brain drain and save recruitment costs,so as to improve the operation efficiency and efficiency of hotels.Firstly,this paper introduces the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of competency and competency model,and expounds the construction method and process of competency model.Secondly,taking Qingyuan D Hotel as the object,this paper analyzes the problems and reasons that Qingyuan D Hotel is facing in the recruitment of middle-level managers,and through literature analysis,expert discussion,interview and questionnaire survey,the senior managers,middle-level managers and grass-roots employees of Qingyuan D Hotel understand the practice of hotel operation and recruitment,and the competency model of middle managers in Qingyuan D Hotel is constructed.The research found that there are 15 competency elements of middle-level managers in Qingyuan D Hotel: Hotel knowledge and skills,customer management ability,conflict management ability,interpersonal understanding ability,team management and collaboration ability,communication ability,achievement orientation,execution ability,decision-making ability,responsibility,self-confidence,perseverance,learning ability,analytical thinking,compression resistance ability,etc Fine index.And based on the above indicators to build Qingyuan D Hotel competency model.According to the above research results,this paper further analyzes how to apple the competency model in the preparation of recruitment,recruitment information release,recruitment channel,interview process and recruitment result evaluation of middle managers in department of Qingyuan D Hotel.Finally,four guarantee measures are put forward for the application of competency model in the recruitment of Qingyuan D Hotel Middle-level Managers. |
