With the advent of the Internet era,the trend of talent competition is becoming more and more fierce,and it also makes talents as the key to enterprise development,and has been paid much attention and recognized by enterprises.The application of competency in recruitment will help enterprises to better grasp the future development trend of employees,and grasp the needs and abilities of employees.In the management process of the enterprise,the middle-level managers in the hub in this process,the middle managers will be responsible for the overall development of enterprises strategy and macro and long-term objectives into practice,and the long-term goal is to refine a specific task and executable program.Therefore enterprises need middle managers have good competitive competency to between the upper and the grass roots upload work.Through the research on the concepts and theories of competence,middle management,recruitment,competency model,behavior event interview and structured interview,this paper clarifies the key points of the research.At the same time through the methods of literature review,BEI behavioral event interview method and factor analysis method,the X beverage understanding and analysis of the development course and the present situation of limited recruitment status,objectives,orientation,organization structure,human resource management,middle management,and for the X beverage the company constructs the middle management competency model.That the current achievement orientation,teamwork,unremittingly,self-confidence,loyalty to organization,professional knowledge and skills,impact and influence,analytical thinking,nurturing others,decisiveness,leadership,responsibility and other detailed indicators.According to X Co.,Ltd.drinks for competency model in recruitment application of each link in the inquiry based on the preliminary view that in the recruitment information,job applications,design the interview process design and evaluation method of personnel selection such as optimization of X beverage Co.,Ltd.middle management personnel recruitment process.Finally,according to the application of competency model in the recruitment of X beverage Co.,Ltd.,the corresponding measures are put forward.
