With the development of city transformation unceasingly thorough,logistics industry is more and more important in promoting social and economicdevelopment, And senior managements of logistics enterprises are importantfactors affecting the development of logistics enterprises and the whole industry.The recruitment of top management in logistics enterprises is the most importantlink of logistics enterprises to obtain the key talents, meaning the benigndevelopment of logistics enterprises profound. according to the strategic culture,Competency model clearly summed up the competency characteristics consistentwith excellent employee performance standards,can promote the enterprise analysiscompetency characteristics of senior management in logistics enterprises shouldhave or improved. Therefore, The recruitment system of senior management inlogistics enterprises based on the competency model can help logistics enterpriseto get excellent talents comply with the top management of the company value, andenhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, and promote the rapid developmentof enterprises.In this paper, by using the theory of competency; competency model theoryand the theory of recruitment,combine with the useing of model research method,case study method and comparative analysis method, I mainely research on therecruitment model based on the competency model of logistics enterprises. The main contents of this paper include: the first chapter introduces the subject and thebackground, objective and significance of the study; secondly, Explain the mainresearch methods adopted in this thesis. The second chapter mainly introducesthe relevant concepts and theoretical basis of the related theory, includingcompetency,competency model, recruitment of the theory. The third chapterintroduces the necessity of the competency model. Reach of the deficiencies of thetraditional recruitment system and the adwantage of recruitment system based oncompetency model.The fourth chapter established the competency model oflogistics enterprises, the paper established the competency model of organizationtype, function type and the role of logistics enterprise type. The fifth chapterdiscusses the application of competence model in recruitment, selection,background vestigation of logistics enterprises senior managers,finally proposedsenior management recruitment assessment system based on the competency model.Sixth chapter as a case study. Study of how to manager competency model system ofrecruitment to recruit logistics project manager in TE logistics enterprise.Through the evaluation of research, this paper draws the followingconclusions:(1) the recruitment of logistics enterprises based on competencymodel can not only Give full play to the role of talent, but also make the personnelaccess to the full sense of achievement.(2) The competency model oforganization type, function type and the role of logistics enterprise type areeatablished according to the logistics enterprise organization type, which canimprove the relevance and accuracy of the recruitment for personnel selection inenterprises.(3) the construction of scoringindex quantification for the Seniormanagers recruitment in logistics enterprises can ensure the The relevance andaccuracy of recruitment. Innovation of this paper:(1) Applicate the competence model in logisticsenterprises senior management recruitment.(2) put forward the evaluation systemof recruitment effect.(3) in the recruitment process, Through the use of quantitativeindicators to determine the recruitment results more objective.
