Research On Performance Evaluation Of Kedi Dairy Industry Based On Value Chain

Nowadays,Chinese residents pay more and more attention to the nutritional status of food.In addition,the country actively advocates the impact of the second child policy.People ’s demand for dairy products has continued to increase,and market demand has entered a period of steady growth.The dairy industry has become one of the most promising industries in China.At the same time,the competition between dairy companies is becoming increasingly fierce,and the companies are no longer competing alone and gradually evolve into comprehensive competition in the form of industry chain.Therefore,this article constructs the performance evaluation system of KeDi Dairy from the perspective of the value chain.Using the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive performance evaluation analysis method,the company’s value chain is divided into two parts: the internal value chain and the external value chain.Existing problems and suggestions for improvement.First,this article elaborates the research background and research significance,and collates the relevant research theories and research results of domestic and foreign value chains and performance evaluation.Secondly,analyze the internal and external profile of KeDi Dairy,analyze the development characteristics of KeDi Dairy from the perspective of value chain,and analyze the advantages of KeDi Dairy’s performance from the perspective of value chain.Thirdly,based on the value chain theory and according to the actual situation of KeDi Dairy,27 indicators were selected to form a performance evaluation system.The AHP-fuzzy comprehensive performance evaluation analysis method was used to evaluate and analyze the performance level of KeDi Dairy in the past five years.,And using Yili Dairy as acomparison object,find out what gaps exist between KeDi Dairy and the industry’s leading companies in terms of performance.Finally,according to the results of KeDi Dairy’s performance evaluation,relevant suggestions are made for the future development of KeDi Dairy to make KeDi Dairy develop better and faster.
