Research On Evaluation Of Agricultural Modernization Development Level In Shandong Province

People are the foundation of a country,and a solid foundation leads to a safe and peaceful state.The development of agricultural modernization is an objective requirement to break the "two-board squeeze" and "two-lamp limit" of agriculture.It is an inevitable choice for revitalizing rural strategies,a dynamic process to promote the transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,and it is also a solution to China's "three agriculture".A prescription,the way out for agriculture lies in agricultural modernization.China has a vast territory and large regional differences,so it is not possible to copy it.Therefore,Shandong Province needs to understand its own situation,gain a deep understanding of the regional resource situation and development advantages,disadvantages,adapt to local conditions,and select the most suitable development ideas according to its own situation to realize the modernization of agriculture.In ancient times,Shandong Province has developed agriculture.It has rich agricultural resources and is also one of the important grain production areas in China.It has provided grain to all parts of the country and made a great contribution to China's grain security.In the new era,especially in the context of the novel coronavirus pneumonia sweeping the world in 2020,Shandong's agricultural modernization will face higher standards and requirements.According to the provincial conditions and regional characteristics of Shandong Province,this research combines various theories such as sustainable development theory and ecological agriculture modernization theory,thus forming a theoretical basis for better exploration of agricultural modernization and deepening its connotation.Follow the principles of feasibility,emphasis,etc.To build an evaluation index system for agricultural modernization,using factor analysis,oblique rotation,linear regression and other methods,the empirical analysis of the level of agricultural modernization in the country,Shandong and other six provinces were carried out to obtain a comprehensive score.Evaluation of the development level of agricultural modernization in Shandong Province from the time dimension,and then from the country in 2018,to the spatial dimension of six representative provinces with considerable strength to compare and analyze the development level of agricultural modernization in Shandong Province.Based on empirical analysis,put forward feasible constructive suggestions and opinions to help the development of agricultural modernization in Shandong Province.After the study,the following results were obtained:(1)The transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture is a relatively long process anda dynamic change,which is called agricultural modernization.Its characteristics are: modernization of farmers' quality,mechanization of agricultural production and scientific technology,modernization of agricultural production organization and green development of agriculture,as well as the sustainable development of the entire agriculture.(2)The characteristics and definitions of agricultural modernization will be considered in the research process,following the five principles of scientific rationality,system representativeness,operability,stage and importance,from agricultural production conditions,agricultural input strength,agricultural comprehensive 19 evaluation indicators were selected in the four aspects of output,agricultural green and sustainable development,and a comprehensive evaluation model was constructed to better carry out evaluation activities.(3)According to the existing evaluation model of the comprehensive level of modernization,the research and calculation of the agricultural modernization of Shandong Province,the whole country and six representative agricultural-dominated provinces from 1999 to 2018 were carried out,and their current stage was clarified.After empirical research,we can see that the current comprehensive index of agricultural modernization in China is 48.099,which is still in the initial realization stage,but the overall situation of Shandong Province is relatively good and has entered a mature stage.The situation in each region is different.According to their level of agricultural development,in 2018,from high to low,Jiangsu is the first,then Shandong and Hubei.Shandong ranks second;By category,the level of agricultural production and agricultural output is relatively high,the status of agricultural input and sustainable development is relatively poor,and complete agricultural modernization has not yet been achieved.(4)Through research,we can know that the agricultural modernization evaluation model selected in this article is reasonable,and can reflect the overall development status of agricultural modernization,and can also clarify the agricultural status of each region,and know the relationship between the target and the current actual situation.gap.Based on the current situation and problem research,time analysis is carried out through the evaluation of the indicator system,which can provide more help to the development of agricultural modernization in Shandong Province and promote the entire process.
