Investment in fixed assets plays a very important role in regional economic growth.It can not only greatly improve infrastructure,increase employment and income,increase the supply of public goods,and form a long-term mechanism of consumption growth,but also promote the development of many industries with high correlation.With the continuous advancement of the coordinated development of Beijing,tianjin and hebei,under the background of the new era,the fixed asset investment in zone F has maintained a high growth rate,contributing to the city's economic growth.It can be said that the investment determines the speed and quality of economic development in zone F.At present,the total consumption of zone F is relatively small,and the export plays a small role in promoting the economy.Currently and for a period of time in the future,investment will still play a decisive role in the economic and social development of zone F.With the development of the economy and the transformation of the economic system,the traditional fixed asset investment management method has been increasingly unable to meet the needs of the market economy system at the present stage,and more and more problems have been exposed.These problems have seriously hindered the development of zone F and caused a great waste of various resources.On the basis of sorting out the existing literature,this paper takes the optimization of fixed assets investment management behavior as the main line of study,using the methods of literature research,Comparative Analysis,Field Survey,etc.,firstly,it introduces the theory of fixed assets investment management,including the definition,classification and characteristics of fixed assets investment management.Secondly,combined with the actual situation of f district,the paper summarizes the achievements of F district fixed assets investment management in recent years.Thirdly,on the basis of an in-depth study of the current development environment of fixed asset investment management in Zone F,at present,there are many problems in investment management of fixed assets in F district,such as government failure,unscientific investment decision-making process,weak control of management system,unstable supporting factors of investment management,etc.,and analyzed the reason according to the question.Based on the experience of fixed asset investment management in developed countries such as the United States,the United Kingdom and Germany,this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures from aspects of optimizing public investment structure,establishing scientific investment project decision system,establishing complete investment management system and supporting perfect reform measures.
