With the increasing pressure on urban traffic,Shijiazhuang also continues to plan and construct urban rail transit,of which the Line 2 will open in 2020.At present,the domestic urban rail transit generally suffers operating loss,and ticketing system is their main source of revenue.Therefore,formulating a scientific scheme of price for Line 2 is of great significance for promoting its high-quality development.Firstly,this paper summarizes the theoretical basis of making urban rail transit fare,including pricing principle,common ticket price and influence factor,compares and classifies the differences in the emphasis of existing pricing methods,analyzes the solution procedure,the advantages and disadvantages,and the application condition of traditional pricing methodologies,and demonstrates the necessity of implementing combination pricing strategies in urban rail transit.Secondly,we study the impact of load factor on the pricing scheme.According to the peak hour load factor,the optimal pricing method based on each pricing guide is selected.On the basis of the principle of complementarity,the pricing method combines.The improved model based on the combination pricing model of urban rail transit is established.Then the combination weighting pricing model is built when the rate of loading is insufficient and too high.Then,combined with the specific conditions of each pricing model,the evaluation system of rail transit pricing model is constructed,and a fuzzy integral evaluation model based on the advantages and disadvantages of urban rail transit pricing methods is established.Through evaluation and calculation,it's proved that the combination pricing model is better and more reasonable than other traditional pricing method.Finally,data such as passenger flow volume and cost in each period of Line 2 operation being forecasted and analyzed,combined with two combination pricing models,based on the standard of load factor,general pricing is implemented in the initial operational stage and time differential pricing in the recent operation.In the end,detailed fare plans for each period of Line 2 operation are presented,and policy recommendations for the implementation of fares are provided.
