Research On Charge Pricing Of Urban Rail Transit PPP Project

In recent years,various problems such as urban traffic road congestion and traffic accidents have become increasingly serious in the context of rapid economic development.Faced with such a severe situation,rail transit,which can improve urban traffic congestion,has gradually developed under the strong support of the state.However,the construction of urban rail transit faces enormous financial difficulties.It is difficult to achieve only with the financial support of the government,and the introduction of the PPP model can alleviate the government's financial pressure.However,the price issue of PPP projects is a key factor affecting the long-term stable development of the project.It can be seen that the charging pricing problem of urban rail transit projects under PPP mode is worth exploring.This paper has carried out in-depth research on the pricing of urban rail transit PPP projects.Firstly,it introduces the attribute quasi-public product theory of urban rail transit PPP project,and then draws out the theory of urban rail transit PPP project.Secondly,the net present value method and literature research are used to identify the influencing factors of the urban rail transit PPP project.Then,based on the Grey-DEMATEL method,the influencing factors are quantitatively analyzed,and the key influencing factors of urban rail transit PPP project pricing are obtained.The analysis method constructs the fee pricing model,and analyzes the key influencing factors calculation model,and carries out empirical analysis with specific cases to verify the rationality of the model.Finally,based on the quantitative analysis of the influencing factors and the empirical analysis of the charging pricing,according to the necessity and principle of price adjustment,the paper puts forward the suggestions of implementing the price hearing system,constructing the price information supervision platform,implementing the dynamic price adjustment system,and the price adjustment of the urban rail transit PPP project.It has a reference meaning.This paper analyzes the charging pricing problem of urban rail transit PPP project by constructing the charging pricing model and combining theoretical analysis with empirical research.It has certain reference value for the price adjustment of urban rail transit PPP project.
