With the development of the city,the subway has become the best solution to solve the urban traffic congestion.At present,many cities in our country are actively developing the construction of urban subway.As the key node in the subway network,the subway station is the key link in the whole process of subway construction.Metro station projects often have the characteristics of long construction cycle and large investment,and the construction process involves multi-specialty,multi-job Cross operation,many uncertain factors,changeable environment and easy to be disturbed by external environment,this often leads to uncontrolled progress and investments well beyond their planned objectives,and there is an urgent need for a more comprehensive and detailed approach to managing progress and investments that allows for control of progress and investments.In this paper,the subway station is taken as the research object.Firstly,the related theories and existing research on the construction progress and investment of the subway station are analyzed,it also collected data related to similar projects in the past,collated and analyzed them,and established a historical database of subway stations to support the prediction of station progress and investment targets,according to the historical data,the database of the progress and investment of Metro stations is established.Then,an intelligent prediction and control model for the progress and investment of Metro stations is established.The cosine similarity method is used to select similar cases from historical database,and the BP neural network is used to predict the progress and investment target of subway station.This paper uses earned value method to make statistical analysis on the progress and investment of subway station construction,judges its deviation,and establishes the subway station progress and investment early-warning response system according to the deviation degree,combined with PDCA's control of the progress and investment cycle of subway stations,the idea of developing an intelligent prediction and control system for theprogress and investment of subway construction is put forward,let the process of the construction of subway stations in the progress of investment control information,intelligent,convenient.The model is applied to the y station of Chengdu Metro Line X,and the feasibility and Operability of the model are verified.Finally,an intelligent prediction and control system of subway construction schedule and investment is developed.The system has two functions: one is to predict the progress of subway construction and the investment target intelligently;the other is to analyze the relevant data of the progress and investment in the process of subway station construction,control its progress and investment dynamically.To make it easier for managers to analyze the progress and investment in the construction process,and to take timely control measures,thus greatly improving the efficiency and level of subway construction progress and investment management,to provide decision support and suggestions for effectively improving the economic and social benefits of subway construction investment and schedule management.
