| To alleviate traffic pressure,many cities are carrying out construction of subway.Now,the total length of the subway construction has reached 8012.85 km,with a total investment of 4222.255 billion yuan.To solve the problems of investment control,coordination,and management on subway construction,subway construction investment management enterprises were born on demand.However,subway construction investment management enterprises are facing common problem on investment management.On the one hand,the construction companies often reported losses and required additional budgets and claims.On the other hand,the high cost of violating discipline and regulations caused serious investment overspend.In the process of subway construction,the problem of investment overrun in shield interval is particularly serious,and it is difficult to control.To solve these problems,from the perspective of subway construction investment management enterprises,taking investment management of subway shield interval as the research object,it constructs an investment prediction model and investment control strategies,which improves the effectiveness of investment control on subway shield interval and reduces the risk of investment overspend.The research is focus on following topics:(1)Aiming at the current fixed,lagged,and distorted defects of quota investment estimation,it transforms the basis of subway shield interval investment prediction from quota to similar historical cases.After excavating and analyzing of similar historical cases,according to the complex and nonlinear investment influencing factors,it proposes a subway shield interval investment prediction model based on the Improved Grey Wolf Optimizer optimize XGBoost algorithm,which improves the accuracy of subway shield interval investment prediction effectively.(2)Aiming at subway construction investment management enterprises cannot monitor the real-time construction funds flow,it establishes a subway shield interval investment intelligent visual monitoring and investment overspend warning model based on BIM 5D technology.After analyzing the interaction relationship between the influencing factors of investment overspend,it proposes combined investment control strategies to reduce the risk of investment overspend and improve the efficiency of investment overspend control.(3)It takes the investment prediction model and investment control strategies into a smart subway construction investment management system,helping subway construction investment management enterprises conduct investment management conveniently and intuitively.It enhances the investment management capability of subway construction investment management enterprises,solves the inefficient of investment control,and makes investment management more refine and efficient.(4)It applies the smart subway construction investment management system to the investment management of Z Railway Construction Investment Group.It proves the accuracy of the investment prediction model,the effectiveness of the investment control strategies,and the advance of the smart subway construction investment management system. |
