China,Japan and the United States have successfully driven the growth of global photovoltaic applications through their investments in solar pv.According to the report released by the international energy agency(IEA),China ranked first in the market in terms of new and accumulated installed capacity in 2019.In 2020,the national energy administration successively issued relevant policies,continue to promote the development of photovoltaic industry.TBEA company has seized the market opportunity,kept up with the pace of market development,and made remarkable achievements in the fields of photovoltaic inverter,energy Internet and electric vehicle charging pile.In recent years,TBEA company has continuously expanded its business scale and extended its product line.In order to meet the business development,the internal organizational structure has been constantly adjusted.In the rapid development stage of the company,talent resources play an indelible role.The company actively promotes the work of talent introduction and training,establishes a perfect talent introduction channel,builds a two-channel model of internal promotion of talents,and introduces external talent management tools.At present,some achievements have been made,but there is still a long way to go in the construction of talent echelon,and there is still a lot of important work to do.Based on the relevant theory of management,this paper analyzes the current situation of TBEA's talent echelon and finds typical problems in the construction of talent echelon,and then proposes specific measures to solve the problem.The research ideas are firstly to study the current status of talent echelon construction at home and abroad,and to provide a theoretical basis;secondly,to identify the actual problems of TBEA in the process of talent echelon construction;third,to build a path for talent echelon construction and to propose solutions to the problem Measures;fourth,apply,evaluate,and improve the achievements of the talent echelon construction.In this process,the talent echelon construction plan was formulated according to the job level and business sequence,and the talent standards were gradually established.By selecting talents,cultivating talents,exporting talents,and evaluating talents,the closed-loop management of talent echelon construction was finally achieved.The theories used in this process include the competency model,pyramid theory,and Herzberg's two-factor theory.The tools used are talent evaluation and talent inventory.
