Research On The Influence Of Convergence Of Primary Secondary And Tertiary Industries In Rural Areas On Farmers' Disposable Income

The healthy development of agriculture is the top priority of a country's development.Agricultural production can not only provide raw materials for China's industrialization and modernization,but also provide material food for millions of people.Therefore,the country has always listed how to develop agriculture as an important issue of economic development every year.In the "Agricultural modernization plan(2016-2020)" issued by the state council,it is more clearly proposed to build a modern agricultural industry system that integrates grain and forage,agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery,planting,raising and adding,and three industries.The most important function of establishing a modern agricultural industrial system is to increase the disposable income of farmers and improve their living standard.The research idea of this paper is literature basis-mechanism analysis-empirical research-solutions.The first part of this paper is a literature review,which mainly analyzes the connotation and concept of the convergence of primary secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas,the fusion path,the method of measuring the degree of convergence,the evaluation index system and the mechanism affecting farmers' income,and comments on the existing research.The second part of this paper is the influence mechanism of the the convergence of primary secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas on the income of farmers,defines the income of farmers'as the disposable income of farmers'.According to the income structure,the disposable income of farmers'can be divided into wage income,property income,family operating income and transfer income.The transfer income is not obtained through production activities,but through subsidies and gifts.Therefore,this paper will not focus on this discussion.At the same time,the path of the convergence of primary secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas is defined into four types:intra-industry integration,extension of industrial chain,expansion of agricultural functions and convergence of technology penetration.This paper focuses on the mechanism of the influence of four fusion paths on farmers'disposable income,household operating income,wage income and property income.The third part of the paper for the convergence of primary secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas of measurement and description of the current situation of the disposable income of farmers in China,by building a convergence index system,using the method of coupling coordination measure out of 30 provinces in our country(except Tibet and Taiwan)fusion level of convergence,and to our country 2013-2017,changes of the disposable income of farmers',family business income,wage income and property income proportion of descriptive statistics.The fourth part is the empirical test,the use of the related parameters of 30 provinces in 2013-2017 panel data to study convergence of three industries mixed respectively with the disposable income of farmers',family business income,wage income and property income,the influence of three industries fusion level by utilizing coefficient which come out of the third chapter measures,and then through the quantile regression robustness testThrough the above mechanism analysis and empirical analysis,the last part of this paper is the research conclusions and policy recommendations.There are two research conclusions drawn in this paper.First,improving the the convergence of primary secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas can increase farmers' disposable income,family operating income,wage income and property income.Secondly,the effects of the convergence of primary secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas on different income levels are different,and there is heterogeneity of income levels.In view of the above research conclusions,the policy suggestions are as follows:firstly,increase the support for the the convergence of primary secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas and promote the convergence development of rural tertiary industry.Secondly,we should pay attention to the steady and balanced development of the convergence of the three industries,give play to the influence of the convergence of the three industries on farmers' income in various regions.Finally,efforts should be made to improve the education level and scientific and technological innovation ability of farmers.The implementation of any policy and the development of matters cannot be separated from learning and innovation.Only by improving the cognitive ability and professional quality of farmers,can we effectively improve the convergence level and effectively utilize the convergence of three industries to achieve the goal of increasing farmers' income...
