With the opening of a new journey to comprehensively build a great modern socialist country,China has achieved a comprehensive victory in the battle against poverty. The 14 th Five-Year Plan period is a new stage for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. To ensure the steady and long-term development of rural revitalization work,we must have a deep grasp of the law of urban and rural changes and the connotation of modernization, take the connotative path of modern agricultural development, and continue to ensure high-quality agricultural development. In 2022,the No.1 document of the Central Government states that "focus on industries to promote rural development and continue to promote the integrated development of primary, secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas".Thus it can be seen that the integration of rural three industries has been regarded as an inevitable choice to promote the scale of agricultural production, improve the comprehensive agricultural production capacity, and realize the increase of farmers’ income. In recent years, rural industries have gradually broken the situation of independent development.By extending the industrial chain to both ends, they give full play to the versatility of agriculture and integrate it with the advanced technology, products and services, market space and other elements of the secondary and tertiary industries. With the continuous evolution of integration,a good trend of common development of various industrial forms has been formed, which has injected vitality into the economic development of rural areas and brought new growth points for the improvement of farmers’ income level. After years of development, the current development status of rural industrial integration in China, and its effect on farmers’ income need to be further studied.Based on the inter-provincial panel data from 2010 to 2018,the integration level of primary, secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas and their impact on farmers’ income are effectively analyzed.First of all,by summarizing the research results of domestic and foreign scholars, and combined with the actual development of industrial integration in China and the availability of inter-provincial panel data, the evaluation index system of the integration level of primary, secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas is constructed, and the entropy method is used to measure the specific integration degree of 30 provinces.Secondly, the relationship between the integrated development and the income level of rural industries in China is studied by establishing a fixed effect model. Finally, the systematic generalized moment estimation and analysis method is adopted to explore the influence degree of the integration of primary, secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas on farmers’ income structure. The empirical results show that, the elasticity coefficient of the rural industrial integration level in the fixed-effect model was 0.35766.It shows that for every unit that increases the level of rural industrial integration, farmers’ income level will rise by 0.35766 percentage points, both have an obvious promoting effect. However, there are some differences in the influence of rural industrial integration on farmer income structure and the mechanism analysis. There is obvious heterogeneity in the influence of agricultural industry chain extension, versatility play and integration of service industry on different components of farmers’ income. It shows that the integration of rural three industries in China still needs to be improved. From the perspective of cultivating new agricultural business subjects, building rural talent team, improving the interest connection mechanism, innovating agricultural management mode, and promoting the use of agricultural science and technology. In order to promote the deep integration of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas, early prosperity in rural industries, improve the quality and efficiency of agriculture, and common prosperity among farmers.
