Research On China's Agricultural Modernization From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China focused on the inadequacy of rural development and the imbalance between urban and rural development,put forward a strategy for rural revitalization,and regard agriculture and rural modernization as the overall goal of rural rejuvenation,it has strategically planned a blueprint for the future life of Chinese farmers.Agricultural modernization is an important support for China's goal of building a strong socialist modernization country.It is the foundation for realizing the entire modernization.It is the key to solving China's "three rural issues." The strategy of rural rejuvenation and the thoughts of the leaders of the Communist Party of China on rural development are both continuous and advancing with the times.This is the new development of Marxist theory on rural farmers in China.The implementation of the strategy of rural rejuvenation has started a new journey of accelerating the modernization of agriculture and rural areas in China,which is conducive to resolving the major contradictions of rural society in which farmers have a better living needs,inadequate rural development,and uneven urban and rural development.This thesis is guided by the world view and methodology of Marxist philosophy.On the basis of collecting,organizing and summarizing classic works and latest results on the research of rural revitalization strategies and agricultural modernization,from the perspective of rural revitalization strategy,expatiate the related theories of rural revitalization strategy and agricultural modernization,and analyze the dialectical relationship between rural revitalization strategy and agricultural modernization issues.From a philosophical perspective,it summarizes the problem and cause from five aspects of the rural social traditional culture that we are facing in the process of agricultural modernization,such as the deconstruction,the uneven development of urbanand rural areas,the low quality of agricultural employees,the lack of grassroots governance,and the deterioration of the agricultural ecological environment.Analyze and propose from five aspects that the path of China's agricultural modernization are:from adhering to the people-oriented development concept,realizing the free and comprehensive development of farmers,adhering to the integration of agricultural development and ecological protection,realizing the harmonious coexistence of man and nature,perfecting the rural governance system,realizing the harmonious unification of individuals and society,and further enhancing the relationship between rural and urban Quality,realizing the integration of urban and rural development,adhering to the party's leadership.These provide references for China's agricultural modernization and inject new vitality into the strong agricultural,rich farmers,and rural beauty.
