Research On The Evaluation Of Agricultural Modernization Level In Tai’an Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

China has long regarded ensuring food security and promoting agricultural and rural development as the top priority of economic and social development.Promoting agricultural modernization will help realize the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,which can effectively improve agricultural productivity,increase farmers’ income and achieve sustainable agricultural development.Shandong Province is a major agricultural province,and Tai’an City is an important area of agricultural production in Shandong Province.Accurately grasping the development of agricultural modernization in Tai’an in the new era,clarifying the advantages and shortcomings of current agricultural development,and promoting it to the high standards and high requirements of agricultural modernization are of great significance to the development of agricultural economy in Tai’an.In order to achieve this goal,it is necessary to scientifically calculate and quantitatively analyze the agricultural modernization level of Tai’an City,and to accurately evaluate its agricultural modernization level,so as to determine the key factors affecting the agricultural modernization process of Tai’an City.Starting from the basic requirements of rural revitalization for agricultural modernization,this paper evaluates the level of agricultural modernization in Tai’an by constructing an evaluation index system for agricultural modernization based on relevant economic theories and existing research results.First of all,this research summarizes and summarizes the existing literature in the field of agricultural modernization at home and abroad,and clarifies the connotation,measurement,development status and realization path of agricultural modernization;Secondly,this paper expounds the basic characteristics and standards of agricultural modernization,and interprets the theory of transforming traditional agriculture,agricultural development stages and sustainable development;Thirdly,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of agricultural modernization level in Tai’an City,adopts the analytic hierarchy process and multi-index comprehensive measurement method to comprehensively measure the agricultural modernization level of Tai’an City and allIVdistricts and counties.Compare the level of agricultural modernization in Tai’an from2011 to 2020 and the regional differences,and clarify the development stage of agricultural modernization in Tai’an;Finally,according to the research conclusions and the actual situation,the targeted policy suggestions for further promoting the agricultural modernization level of Tai’an City are put forward.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)The total economic volume of Tai’an City is showing a continuous growth trend,the overall development of agriculture,forestry and fishery is slightly slow,the internal industrial structure is very unbalanced,and the proportion of agriculture and animal husbandry is relatively large.With the continuous increase of rural income,the income gap between urban and rural areas has been continuously narrowed,and the living standards of rural residents have been continuously improved.The agricultural production conditions in Tai’an are acceptable,the agricultural production efficiency is increasing year by year,and the level of agricultural industrialization is constantly improving.However,some farmers still continue the mode of small-scale family production and operation.The sustainable development of agriculture in Tai’an continues to improve.(2)Judging from the comprehensive evaluation of agricultural modernization level in Tai’an City: the agricultural production conditions in Tai’an City’s agricultural modernization development are relatively good,but there is still room for development in terms of agricultural mechanization level and electricity consumption per unit of arable land;There are problems such as the decline in the sown area of crops and the small increase in the per capita meat production;There is still a certain gap between the development of agricultural industrialization in Tai’an and the expected goal.The total output value of the primary industry is relatively low,the proportion of agricultural financial expenditure is relatively low,and the number of industrial enterprises above designated size is relatively small;The rural social development level of Tai’an City is relatively high,and the Engel coefficient of rural residents has decreased,but the Engel coefficient of rural residents is still far from the target value;Compared with 2011,the sustainable development of agriculture in Tai’an City has decreased.The main problems are that the forest coverage rate has dropped significantly and the amount of chemical fertilizer applied per unit of arable land has changed little.Judging from the division of development stages,the water index of agricultural modernization in Tai’an in 2011 was 0.6135,which was in the initial realization stage of agricultural modernization.In 2020,the agricultural modernization level index in Tai’an was 0.7447,which was in the stage of basic realization.(3)This paper analyzes the regional heterogeneity of agricultural modernization level in Tai’an City.From the analysis results,the total power of agricultural machinery per unit of arable land in Dongping County is relatively weak,and the electricity consumption per unit of arable land in Ningyang County and Dongping County is weak;The agricultural labor productivity index of Xintai City is only0.2983,which is at a relatively low level.The rural per capita meat output and rural labor productivity of Dongping County are not high;The agricultural industrialization of Feicheng,Ningyang and Dongping is relatively well developed,Xintai is relatively backward,and the index of the number of industrial enterprises above designated size in the four regions is at a low level;The rural social development level and agricultural sustainable development index of the four regions have reached the stage of basically realizing modernization.From the overall evaluation,the development of agricultural modernization in the four regions is similar to the overall agricultural modernization development in Tai’an,and they are all in the stage of basic realization.Based on the research conclusions,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects: Strengthen the coordination of all parties to improve agricultural production technology;Attach importance to agricultural development and increase investment in the agricultural field;Promote agricultural industrialization and increase farmers’ income;Strengthen ecological protection and
