Research On Performance Evaluation Of Farmland Transfer In Shandong Province

With the constant improvement of the agricultural informatization level,flow by farmers for acceptance are also constantly improve,with national policy support for agriculture in recent years,rural land circulation behavior been are also growing,but in the process of farmers as the main body of land circulation,there have been many restrictive behavior,in order to be able to better regulate the behavior of peasants for farmland circulation to promote the perfection of farmland changing market,this article from three aspects economic,social and ecological selected the 10 indicators,constructs the performance evaluation of farmland circulation system,to analysis from2011 to 2017 in shandong province farmland changing levels of performance.The development of economy,society and ecological environment and agricultural modernization development complement each other,mutual influence,the rapid development of economy,society and ecological powerfully promote the development of the farmland conversion process,the process of farmland conversion orderly development to a certain extent,also has realized the regional economy and the development of the agricultural society the benign interaction,powerfully promoted the improvement of regional economic,social,and ecological level.This paper selected shandong province as the research area,adopted the method of hierarchical analysis and comprehensive index,and adopted the relevant data of agricultural land transfer from 2011 to 2017 to establish the performance evaluation system of shandong province under the background of agricultural land transfer,and studied the interrelationship between agricultural land transfer and regional economic,social and ecological development by combining qualitative and quantitative methods.The research results show that agricultural land transfer has a greater impact on the economic performance of shandong province,followed by social performance.The research believes that shandong province should pay more attention to the protection of ecological environment,drive the economy with science and technology,and promote the healthy and orderly development of agricultural economy with more efficient agricultural land transfer.Finally on the basis of above research,analyses the reason of farmland circulation performance of shandong province,from the different Angle of view to analyzing the present development of shandong province farmland circulation,its shortcomings and improvement to be perfect,to improve the universality of farmland circulation pattern,finally put forward the study did not involve place,as the research direction of further improvement and perfection.
