| With the continuous development and progress of the society and economy, the enterprises development have gradually increased to the competition of human resources, so the role of human resources is irreplaceable. Employee training is an important method of human resource optimization and has drawn much attention of current domestic and foreign well-known enterprises, so the research on employee training has very important meaning and value.Electric power company in H province is a wholly owned subsidiary of China State Grid Corp, if it can win a place in the fierce market competition in future, the research on employee training will have double meaning of practice and theory, which not only can provide a reference for other large state-owned enterprises, but can effectively improve and optimize H company’s staff training program at the same time, finally promote the training effect and enhance the company’s performance. Currently, from the perspective of the staff structure of H Company, there are a lot of issues like staff overcrowding, configuration structure imbalance, age structure aging and the overall staffs low quality, these phenomena are connected inevitably with the company’s staff training management. Through the investigation, many problems are existing in current employee training in H company, such as the company didn’t take the scientific and systematic training demand analysis before training, and during the training, the training form was unitary, the content were lack of pertinence, effect evaluation was not comprehensive and they didn’t have enough resources to ensure the training work. The reason why so many problems occurred in the employee training in H Company is because the senior leaders don’t attach too much importance to the training, the lack of a sound training examination evaluation system and incentive and constraint mechanism in related training, the most important thing is that the talent development training is in a very passive situation.The basis of employee training programs optimization and design in H Company should start from three requirements:company requirements, position requirements and employee requirements. The training planning objectives include the contents of increasing troop overall quality, building training management mechanism and training resources system and so on. Employee training design plan covers three levels:province, city and county, and covers nine groups like the permanent staff, rural labor and the collective enterprise staff. For the first time the power supply Team leader, group leader, rural labor, new recruits and collective enterprise staff are listed as the key crowd into the scope of training. On the training content, increase security and franco-prussian education and system promotion to strengthen the employees’professional quality promotion and the construction of four team management skills(operation, management, technique and skill), and improve staff quality of all types and at all levels. Besides, strictly adhere to the principle that training ability and design goal should be compatible, enhance the goal according to the team’s quality, analyze training ability and distance of resources, put forward teachers’ team construction, training project development, practice base construction and other training resources optimization design plans. In order to ensure the training work proceed smoothly, H Company put forward the four security measures:improve the staff training management system, perfect the incentive-restricted mechanism, increase staff training resources input and improve the efficiency of training performance evaluation. |
