With the progress of global economic integration and electronic information technology,cross-border e-commerce,as a new business model,has the advantages of high efficiency,fast and convenient,is gradually replacing the traditional form of international trade,attracting more small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises to join the ranks of cross-border e-commerce.Guangzhou w cross border e-commerce company(hereinafter referred to as "Guangzhou W company")is one of them.With the help of the dividend period of cross-border e-commerce industry,it has achieved rapid development.In the seven years since its establishment,it has made many achievements,but it also faces more and more problems.The most intuitive data is that the net profit margin is declining year by year,from 24% in 2012 to 8% in 2018.In today's changeable international situation,it is particularly important to analyze and study the internal and external environment,advantages and disadvantages of Guangzhou W company,and formulate the company's development strategy to improve the net profit margin to meet more challenges.Based on the theory of strategic management and cross-border e-commerce,this paper uses the traditional strategic management theory as a tool to study Guangzhou W company,focusing on the theme of "Guangzhou w cross-border e-commerce company strategic research".adopt Pest,Porter five forces and SWOT model,in-depth analysis of the internal and external conditions of Guangzhou W company in the whole market environment,competitive advantages and disadvantages,market opportunities and challenges,combined with the current situation and problems of the enterprise,put forward the development strategy suitable for Guangzhou W company to improve the net profit rate,and put forward the corresponding strategic implementation measures and safeguard measures,and finally summarize and prospect.Specifically,in view of a series of management problems that affect the net profit rate,such as the continuous decline of profit rate caused by homogenization,nonstandard financial management,the need to optimize the supply chain,the lack of systematic human resource management and talent training system,and the lack of perfect strategic planning,the corresponding strategic choices are formulated: diversification strategy and emerging market can be selected at the company level Market development strategy,cost leading strategy and differentiation strategy can be selected at the business level,and brand strategy,financial strategy and human resource strategy can be selected at the functional level.Finally,the corresponding strategic implementation plan and safeguard measures are put forward,including: "increase product line,open up new market,improve anti risk ability","reduce cost,improve competitiveness","create characteristic advantages,create more value","establish unique brand positioning,strengthen consumer identity","train professionals of all departments,and improve financial management water" Ping.The guarantee measures include: strengthening the company's operation and management system,strengthening the construction of the enterprise's human resource management and training system,and information-based systematic office.Based on the strategic research of Guangzhou W company,this paper puts forward the plan that can improve the net profit margin for Guangzhou W company,and help the enterprise go further in the fierce market competition.
