A Study On The Interest-Conflict And Coordination Mechanism In Tourist Site

The coordination of interest-conflict is of absolute necessity in building up a harmonious society in tourist site. With the support of conflict theory and stakeholder theory, the paper, first of all, portraits the stakeholder spectrum of tourist site and extracts governments, tourism enterprises, tourists and community residents as core stakeholders. Taking the special interests interrelations among the four segments as a breakthrough point, the paper involves to coordinate their disputes and conflicts based on the study hypothesis of "contractor". The paper defines interests conflict of tourist site and initiates a profound analysis on its reasons in terms of three hierarchies depicted as micro-level view (individual factors), medium-level view (tourist site factors) and macro-level view (state and society factors). On the basis of the illustration of different types of interest-conflict in tourist site and different typical conflicts formed among stakeholders, the paper summarizes five characteristics of conflicts accordingly.
