With the development and application of medical Io T technology,the update iteration speed of the entire mobile medical and Io T industry is rapidly accelerating,and many enterprises are turning their attention to the field of mobile medical intelligent hardware products.At the same time,in response to the refinement of the implementation of the "Healthy China 2030 Planning Outline",the Internet + Internet of Things has become a new medical service trend and business model,to form big data by monitoring user physiological data,to provide health services for users and third-party professional institutions.As one of the listed companies in China's smart wearables,CY is a state-level high-tech enterprise.Based on the new development situation,in the case of coexistence of opportunities and challenges,how to construct a high-performance R&D function post quality model and realize the company's long-term development strategy has become an important issue that CY needs to solve urgently.Under the guidance of modern enterprise management theory and based on the actual situation of CY company,this paper mainly uses behavioral event interview(BEI),literature research,questionnaire survey and expert opinion,and finds that CY company has three main problems in R & D quality model:(1)the standard of talents is not clear,and the key positions are not clear What kind of ability do people have?(2)lack of talent growth curve,enterprises need to establish a set of effective employee growth path to help employees tap their potential and achieve common progress with enterprises;(3)lack of process control in performance management,afterwards management has caused huge losses for enterprises,which is unfavorable for employees and enterprises.According to the characteristics of different R & D positions,this paper uses a variety of research methods,according to the strategic objectives and organizational value of the enterprise,establishes a R & D position quality model that conforms to the development of the company,determines the relevant position quality elements from different dimensions,and for different R & D position characteristics,develops a panoramic map of position tasks,and defines the corresponding functions Borders,etc.This paper hopes to make the human resource management more efficient,scientific and standardized through the construction and Application Research of the quality model of research and development posts in CY company,and truly focus on the construction of organizational capacity.In the recruitment and selection of talents in the enterprise,more quickly select the talents who meet the posts;in the performance management,from the result oriented to the development of employee capacity Construction;it has a practical guiding role in training and developing employees for career planning;it changes the post management of talent management into pre management to retain outstanding talents,so as to realize the enterprise strategy and keep the company competitive.At the same time,it also provides useful reference for the construction of R & D post quality model of the same type of enterprises.
