With the rapid development of the world economy,the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.The competition among enterprises has gradually shifted from the original competition for material resources to the competition for human resources.Enterprises have taken human resources as an important factor in the success or failure of enterprise development.More and more enterprise leaders are increasing the plunder of human resources,and have established the modern enterprise talent development strategy.On the one hand,it increases the investment in talent reserve and talent introduction,on the other hand,it also increases the training and development of internal talents.In the human resource management of an enterprise,performance appraisal,as one of the core contents,has always been valued by the enterprise.A good enterprise performance appraisal system can enable employees to work in a fair,just,healthy and coordinated environment,and can maximize the potential of employees.It also plays a huge role in promoting the development of the enterprise,so as to be able to develop in a longer term.Based on the theory of human resource management,this paper uses quantitative and qualitative methods and questionnaire survey to determine the performance appraisal of engineering quality managers in YX company.At the beginning of this paper,the purpose and significance of the research background are described,and according to the existing academic conclusions,the domestic research status is summarized,and the main research contents,research methods and ideas of this paper are described.Then it introduces the project quality manager of YX company,analyzes the current situation of the performance appraisal of the project quality manager of YX company,summarizes the existing problems of the performance appraisal of the project quality manager of YX company,and analyzes the causes of these problems.In order to solve these problems,on the basis of combing the design principles and ideas of the project quality manager performance evaluation improvement scheme,this paper selects the Balanced Scorecard as the evaluation method of the project quality manager of YX company,designs the performance evaluation index system of the project quality manager of YX company,and determines the weight of the index by the lidolfi method,and finally compares the old and new performance evaluation methods On the basis of comparison,this paper puts forward the implementation process and guarantee measures of the new scheme.I hope that through the research of this paper,on the one hand,it can help YX company to carry out more effective assessment management and incentive for the project quality managers,promote the realization and sustainable development of YX company’s strategic objectives,on the other hand,it can provide experience and theoretical support for other similar companies to improve the performance management of the project quality managers.
