With the arrival of a new era,great changes have taken place in economic and market environment,and the development of the company is also facing a bottleneck hitherto unknown,from the original material cost competition today can be found in the talent competition,human resources has become the power source of the company forward.For electric power companies,electric power construction projects are the most basic business units.The power companies gradually form a adaptable organizational structure,which is convenient for the smooth implementation of project activities.In practical practice,we should focus on the performance assessment process and results of project managers,which are also the main aspects of human resources.However,because of all the current company management and assessment of the project manager is still at the most basic definition of understanding,can not fundamentally realize the particularity and uniqueness of the project manager and then take the appropriate management and measurement methods,the project manager's performance evaluation is difficult to really play its role in promoting and encouraging,at the same time in practical work,the project manager's performance appraisal there are many practical problems need to be solved.Therefore,how to optimize the performance appraisal content and process of the project manager has become the focus of the electric power company.In order to make a breakthrough in the fierce market competition,improve the project manager's job performance and accelerate the development of the electric power industry,power companies should be combined with the concept of project management theory and human resources management system,understand the research content of performance appraisal,to the problems of project manager performance appraisal of the effective solution in the company,and by improving the performance appraisal index design and weight distribution to achieve corporate profits and performance.On the theoretical foundation,according to the present situation of performance appraisal of HN company project manager,source of allaspects of the problem using the method of questionnaire survey,from the characteristics of occupation Project Manager Project Manager to deepen understanding of the project manager for their occupation development tailored to meet the evaluation content and standard,and then put forward the design ideas the principle of performance appraisal and improvement.In addition,combined with the balanced scorecard method in management,the index system of performance evaluation is designed from four aspects and the application of assessment methods and assessment results is determined.Finally,the process of performance assessment is improved,and the measures to ensure the implementation of the performance assessment improvement plan are put forward.Overall,the improvement scheme,in combination with the present situation of HN company project manager on performance appraisal,the development of electric power construction has played a positive role in promoting the pace of development of China's power industry;on the other hand,enhance the company's internal management personnel HN especially the project manager's management efficiency,and thus more pay attention to the company in the role of project manager,to actively promote the power quality of the successful completion of the project and strengthen the power engineering construction project.Through the research of this subject,we hope to provide some advice for the project manager of the power company.
