A Study On The Impact Of The Opening Of Producer Services On The Quality Of Service Industry

With the arrival of the era of service economy,knowledge economy has received more and more attention.From a national point of view,knowledge can improve the level of national economic development;from the perspective of enterprises,knowledge can create new wealth for enterprises.Therefore,the importance of intellectual property protection system is highlighted.In addition,the level of intellectual property protection will also affect the opening effect of the production service industry.With the beginning of the trade war between China and the United States,there are calls for trade protectionism.Therefore,in the context of the trade war,from the perspective of intellectual property protection,it is of certain value to explore the impact of the opening of the producer services on the quality of the service industry.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to explore the internal relationship among the protection of intellectual property rights,the opening of producer services industry and the quality of service industry.First of all,this paper clarifies the influence mechanism of intellectual property protection and the opening of producer services on the quality of service industry,and puts forward three hypotheses according to the current development situation of our country.Then it summarizes the measurement methods of intellectual property protection,the opening of producer services and the quality of service industry,in order to provide support for the empirical regression of this paper.This paper selects the national level data of China from 2008 to 2018 and uses eviews software for regression analysis to verify the hypothesis.The empirical results of this paper are as follows:(1)the positive promotion effect of the institutional protection effect of the current level of intellectual property protection in China is greater than the negative effect of market crowding-out effect and market power effect.Therefore,it has a positive effect on the quality of the service industry.(2)there is a theoretical optimal value of the impact of intellectual property protection on the quality of the service industry.(3)the comparative advantage effect and transnational inflow effect of the opening of producer services make it play a positive role in promoting the quality of service industry.(4)the positive effect of intellectual property protection on the technology spillover effect of the opening of producer services can not make up for the negative effect of investment crowding-out effect caused by insufficient protection,so the impact of intellectual property protection on the quality of service industry as a whole is negative.According to the regression results,this paper puts forward the following policy recommendations: first,improve the intellectual property protection system and strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights.Second,break the monopoly power of the service market.Third,in the aspect of the opening of services,China should continue to expand the breadth and depth of the opening of the producer services.
