Small catering companies have always been an indispensable and important part of our private economy.They belong to the mass catering industry,and their number is extremely large.From a total point of view,they occupy a pivotal position in the catering industry and absorb a large number of employees to solve the daily catering needs of the broad masses of people.In recent years,more and more small restaurants have begun to move towards the chain operation.Chain operation has changed the traditional small workshop production and management methods,effectively reduced operating costs,expanded market share,and brought huge Scale benefit.For small catering companies planning to move from single-store operation to chain operation,it is necessary to make full use of advanced chain management knowledge and give full play to the existing advantages of their own enterprises to design a more competitive chain operation business model.Very important.This article conducts a theoretical summary study on the chain operation of small catering enterprises and combines the current situation of A restaurant to make a feasibility analysis and business model suggestions for the restaurant to develop chain operation.The article is divided into four parts.The first part briefly introduces the research background and significance of the thesis and the research status of chain management In the domestic and overseas,and puts forward the research content and research methods of this article;the second part firstly defines and theoretically explains the chain management and business model theory,and then Classify the small restaurant business model and analyze the scenario model;the third part introduces the operating status of A restaurant,analyzes the operating environment of A restaurant by SWOT analysis method,and obtains the development strategy of A restaurant,that is,adopts SO strategic development of chain operation is the best choice to break through the current bottleneck;the fourth part demonstrates the feasibility of A restaurant chain development,and puts forward implementation suggestions for the development of chain operation,and then adopts the business model canvas method to chain business Analyze the changes in pattern elements.Based on the investigation and empirical analysis of the current situation of A restaurant,this article puts forward the countermeasures for the development of A restaurant at this stage by using chain operation and business model theory.Through the transformation of chain operations,establish a standardized corporate core,strengthen product innovation and optimization,enrich the existing product system,develop supporting products,improve the human resource management system,and focus on the core elements of the chain business model.Adapting to local conditions and advancing with the times,we have developed a chain business model suitable for the characteristics of this enterprise.
