Research On The Integration Of Urban And Rural Development In Ethnic Villages

From the dual structure of urban and rural areas to urban and rural integration and development is the Marxist national theory policy in the new era,the need to pay attention to the issue.Taking Shanhe village in Wuling Mountain area as a case study,this paper focuses on how to promote the urban-rural integrated development of minzu villages.Urban-rural integrated development involves two aspects of urban and rural areas,any one of the problems will affect the effect of integrated development.The author goes deep into Shanhe village to investigate and study the village's nature and humanity,minzu composition,family and population,infrastructure and so on,and finds that Shanhe village has the "three-circle-layer" situation of empty villages of human settlements,hidden villages of livelihood and deserted villages of industry,analysis of the reasons,and by extension,lead to the development of minzu villages in the plight of thinking.This article is to solve the common "circle stratification" predicament of minzu villages,so as to realize the benign urban-rural integration development of minzu villages.Under the urban-rural dualistic model,the minzu villages taking Shanhe village as an example and the surrounding towns and cities have been developing harmoniously,but to different degrees.Shanhe village and Huanghe town are an integrated relationship,and it is a primary relationship of integrated development with the surrounding towns,and it is an important system of urban-rural integration with Shizhu County,and it has a strong relationship of origin with the surrounding districts and county cities of Wuling Mountains,and with the farther Chongqing,Wuhan and other large cities through the circulation of products to form an interactive relationship.Taking Shanhe village as an example,this paper explores how the industrial changes promote the integration of urban and rural areas from duality to pluralism.The traditional forestry,animal husbandry and family handicraft industry in Shanhe village have expanded the diversified economy in the village.Under the diversified development of rural economy,villagers are constantly exploring the channels of growing flue-cured tobacco on the mountain,raising fish frogs in the valley,going out to work and starting businesses in their hometown to increase income.From the industrial integration to the urban-rural integration,and solve the "three circles" of the plight corresponding to the integration of the development of minzu villages there are three trends.First,we should make full use of minzu policies to build villages with minzu minority characteristics,fully tap minzu culture,protect and repair traditional folk houses,improve the living environment of villages,attract people to return,and solve the problem of empty villages.Second,make good use of the policy of civilian trade,implementation of integrated development of the road network,broaden livelihoods,improve people's livelihood.Third,the cultivation of rural tourism and national cultural tourism industry.We will promote rural development and integrate rural areas with rural tourism so that rural villages will become mountains of gold,silver,flowers and fruits.We will also integrate cultural tourism so that minzu brands,folk songs and dances will flourish.In order to promote the minzu village good urban and rural integration development,the villagers' free all-round development and the Chinese nation's integration development.
