With the government's vigorous advocacy for entrepreneurship,how to improve the quality and performance of entrepreneurship has become one of the key topics in entrepreneurship research.As a key way to obtain resources,social network can effectively improve entrepreneurial performance,so it has attracted much attention from scholars.Compared with individual entrepreneurship,team entrepreneurship has become a mainstream entrepreneurial organization form with its more powerful resource integration capabilities.Although there have been many studies on how the social network of entrepreneurial teams affects entrepreneurial performance,there are different views on the effect of similar social network characteristics on entrepreneurial performance,which is discussed in this paper.This paper draws on the entrepreneurial cognitive theories that have emerged in recent years,uses shared mental model as mediating variables,considers the social network of entrepreneurial team from the three dimensions of network size,network strength,and relationship trust,and explores its impact on entrepreneurial performance.Further,considering the differences in the characteristics of the entrepreneurial team's social network and the formation of the shared mental model,this article introduces team communication as a moderator to systematically investigate the mechanism of social network factors,cognitive factors and team communication factors affecting entrepreneurial performance.This paper first analyzes and summarizes related literature such as entrepreneurial team's social network and shared mental model,and proposes theoretical hypotheses based on existing literature.Secondly,determines the selection scale according to relevant research questions and compiles a questionnaire.Thirdly,the questionnaires were distributed and collected,and 286 valid data were obtained.Finally,to verify the theoretical assumptions,using software AMOS 25.0 and SPSS 23.0 to perform the homology deviation analysis,reliability and validity test,multi-level regression analysis and confidence interval analysis.The results show that: first,the entrepreneurial team'ssocial network is positively related to entrepreneurial performance;second,the shared mental model has a mediating role between entrepreneurial team's social network and entrepreneurial performance;third,team communication regulates the relationship between entrepreneurial team's social network and shared mental model,and between social network of entrepreneurial team and entrepreneurial performance.Fourth,team communication is positively regulating the mediating role of shared mental model between social network of entrepreneurial team and entrepreneurial performance.The conclusion of this paper provides important enlightenment for the management of entrepreneurial enterprises.Entrepreneurial enterprises should focus on the construction of a strong relationship social network of scale,differentiation and high trust;Strengthen the cultivation of shared mental model of team or organization members;Promote communication among organization members,improve communication quality,and promote the formation of shared mental model and the improvement entrepreneurial performance.
