Innovation is the most powerful weapon for an enterprise to stabilize its competitive position when it confronts many powerful rivals in a complex and changeable internal and external environment.As a kind of innovative behavior that employees take measures to solve the urgent problems by using existing resources in an emergency situation,improvisation plays an important role in promoting employees' innovative behaviors and improving their innovation performance.Employees' innovation self-efficacy,intrinsic work motivation and perception of innovation atmosphere will affect employees' working status and work results to varying degrees.Therefore,if an enterprise wants to improve employees' innovation performance,it should not only pay attention to employees' own innovation ability and working motivation,but also pay attention to the construction of innovation atmosphere in the enterprise.This study refers to the relevant literature at home and abroad in recent years,on the basis of combing and summarizing,starting from the individual level,introduces leadership support as the regulating variable,constructs the theoretical model and puts forward the research hypothesis.The questionnaire was formed by referring to mature scales at home and abroad.In this survey,300 valid questionnaires were finally obtained by issuing,recycling and deleting the invalid questionnaires.Then the statistical analysis method is used to analyze the relevant data,thus testing the research hypothesis and forming the research conclusion on this basis.The results showed that: Innovation self-efficacy,intrinsic work motivation and perception of innovation atmosphere have significant positive effects on employees' innovation performance.Among the three variables,innovation self-efficacy has the greatest impact on employees' innovation performance,followed by perception of innovation atmosphere and intrinsic work motivation.Innovation self-efficacy,intrinsic work motivation and perception of innovation atmosphere have significant positive effects on employees' improvisation.Employees' improvisation has a significant positive impact on employees' innovation performance.Employees' improvisation plays a complete mediating role between innovation self-efficacy and innovation performance,intrinsic work motivation and innovation performance,perception of innovation atmosphere and innovation performance of employees.Leadership support negatively moderates the relationship between innovation self-efficacy and employees' improvisation.Finally,according to the research conclusion,this paper gives several management suggestions:(1)Improving the recruitment mechanism to attract innovative talents.(2)Focusing on creating an innovative atmosphere in the enterprise: paying attention to staff training;promoting employee communication and cooperation;establishing a reasonable incentive mechanism.(3)Paying attention to employees' improvisation: creating conditions for employees to perform impromptu behaviors;leaders set an example to make impromptu behavior easy to be accepted by other employees in the enterprise;encouraging the improvisational staff.(4)Reasonably grasping the "degree" of leadership support.
