Strategic Model, Resource Acquisition Method And Corporate Performance

Strategic models and resource acquisition methods have always been important factors influencing the creation and development of enterprises.With the in-depth study of strategic models and resource acquisition methods by scholars in recent years,the importance of strategic models and resource acquisition methods has gradually been affirmed.In the process of enterprise creation and growth,the strategic model and resource acquisition methods directly affect the company's performance.However,the mechanism of the impact of strategic models and resource acquisition methods on corporate performance is unclear.This article selects Mengniu Dairy and Bright Dairy as the research objects,conducts a double-case comparative study based on grounded theory,and thoroughly explores the impact mechanism of the choice of strategic model and resource acquisition method on corporate performance.First,through coding analysis,it was found that the strategic model adopted by Mengniu Dairy was an impromptu strategy,and the resource acquisition method was bricolage;the strategic model adopted by Bright Dairy was a planning strategy,and the resource acquisition method was resource seeking.Mengniu Dairy has improved the efficiency of corporate innovation through bricolage,and has effectively saved costs,which has led to a substantial increase in corporate performance.Bright Dairy promotes enterprise innovation through resource seeking,and accelerates the renewal of enterprise resources,which to a certain extent promotes business performance growth,but resource seeking brings higher costs,which seriously drags down performance growth and increases overall business performance.The speed is relatively slow,which is far from Mengniu Dairy's performance.The results of the study show that companies can quickly improve their performance through impromptu strategic models and bricolage,and can survive and develop smoothly in the fierce market competition.
