Research On The Changes Of Social Capital Of Rural Private Enterprises

As an important part of rural economy,rural private enterprises are the backbone to promote rural revitalization and realize new-type urbanization.In recent years,driven by the national policy,rural private enterprises have developed rapidly,and their unique development mode has attracted wide attention of the academic community.Taking the dairy cattle farm of rural private enterprise as the Research Object,this paper discusses the function mechanism of social capital in the rise and development of rural private enterprise through the research on the process of differentiation and reorganization of the dairy cattle farm of rural private enterprise.This study is based on the theory of corporate social capital and Linnan’s social capital,with Nahapiet and Ghoshal’s three-dimensional division of social capital as reference,the social capital is divided into relational social capital,structural social capital and cognitive social capital,and the related concepts are operationalized.The case interview method is used to collect the factual materials in the formation and development of private enterprises in Yudi village,then,it constructs the analysis frame of social capital acquisition mechanism and function mechanism of rural private enterprises.First of all,the paper introduces the whole process of social capital rupture and reconstruction of private enterprises in Yudi village.During the establishment period of enterprise restructuring,the SANLU incident caused the rupture of enterprise relationship capital,which led to the closure of some dairy cattle purchase stations,which also provided an opportunity for private enterprises in Yudi village to optimize the restructuring.In the period of enterprise development,the private entrepreneurs in Yudi village obtain the political and market resources of enterprise development through the economic resources of the early stage of the relational social capital accumulation,and through the structural social capital,optimizing institutional resources and trust resources through cognitive capital.Therefore,the private enterprises in Yudi village promote the establishment and development of the enterprises by using the three kinds of social capital’s gathering effect and advantage effect on resources.Secondly,this paper analyzes and sorts out the interview data of Private Enterprises and employees in Yudi village,it further studies the construction strategy and operation mechanism of relational capital,structural capital and cognitive capital in each stage of the development of private enterprises.During the incubation period,enterprises get the support of key information,venture capital and human capital through the relational capital embedded in the blood relationship and geographical relationship,the government promotes the transformation of enterprises through the support of funds and resources,and the enterprises reduce the transaction cost through the cooperation with suppliers,in the stable period of the enterprise,the enterprise accumulates the cognitive social capital through the increase of the internal trust stock,the standardization of the system,the wage incentive and the informal welfare,promote group identity and reduce the cost of mistrust.Therefore,from the mechanism of social capital acquisition and function,rural private enterprises obtain the embedded resource-relational capital of other’s social network through homogeneous interaction Through heterogeneous interaction,we can activate the connection of multiple actors to acquire structural capital,establish "loan relationship" to enhance group identity and acquire cognitive social capital,and improve financing,acquire key information and reduce transaction cost,give play to the role of social capital in the development of enterprises.Finally,the study attempts to explore the concrete allocation of social capital in the development path of enterprises from a more specific operational level.Enterprises should make use of the financing ability of relational capital,the information acquisition ability of structural capital and the cognitive social capital management optimization ability to improve enterprise performance Give full play to the resource effect of structural capital,the aggregation effect of relational capital and the identity effect of cognitive capital to expand the scale of enterprises,adopt the mixed management mode of paternalistic or familial or semi-familial and semi-modern.
