Research On The Evaluation Of Sustainable Development Level Of Fresh New Retail Enterprises Based On TOPSIS

With the rapid improvement of national economic and technological level and the rapid upgrading of consumer demand in the new era,fresh and new retail industry has emerged,with each retail giant rapidly expanding its layout and expansion across the country.However,since 2018,a steady stream of fresh and new retail enterprises have been shut down in succession.In the international context of sustainable development,it is necessary to discuss the sustainable development of fresh and new retail enterprises.However,at present,there is no independent and complete quantitative research on the sustainable development of fresh and new retail,which is not conducive to the overall development evaluation of fresh and new retail industry,nor to the analysis of individual value of enterprises.Build mode based on the sustainable development system and model based on sustainable development research,explore new retail uniqueness from the traditional retail,grasp the rare retail operation rule,and connecting with the authority and the related literature of high frequency index,by using the statistical method of frequency from the economic,social and environmental sustainable development of the three aspects that affect the sea 73 elected measurement and two quantitative screening and rational judgement,improves the accuracy and rationality of system building.Secondly,considering the shortcomings of the traditional TOPSIS evaluation method and the advantages of the new multi-criteria decision-making method-bwm(the best and worst method)with low violation rate,small total deviation and high consistency,a two-stage subjective and objective comprehensive evaluation model is established based on the fuzzy theory.The introduction of BWM method can avoid the errors caused by subjective weighting,and the TOPSIS model in a fuzzy environment is conducive to rational consideration of behavioral factors and fuzzy information in the decision-making process.This model extends the application boundary of TOPSIS and BWM methods,and improves the comprehensiveness and accuracy of evaluation.Finally,the author selected three typical fresh new retail enterprises,empirical study and sensitivity analysis and the results are discussed influence index and comprehensive evaluation of two aspects,in order to be able to new retail areas for the sustainable development of other industries toprovide reference and model,help fresh new insight into the retail business operators operating conditions and make improvements,investors choose investment targets for fresh industry to provide the reference value and decision-making basis.
