Research On The Performance Evaluation System Optimization Of X Rural Commercial Bank Based On Balanced Scorecard

The rural revitalization strategy is a strategic plan put forward by the party and the government based on Huinong District’s support to agriculture.Rural Finance plays an important role in rural revitalization,and rural commercial banks are the main force of rural financial system.Before the reform,rural commercial banks were called rural credit cooperatives,which played an indispensable role in our country’s rural financial service institutions.The development of rural commercial banks is not long,so there are many problems to be solved urgently in the aspects of management idea and management system.Among these problems,the rural commercial bank performance appraisal is one of the more prominent.The performance of rural commercial banks can be assessed to know the bank’s operational efficiency and operational process,which can be exposed in a timely manner.Therefore,from the balanced scorecard point of view,this paper takes the X rural commercial bank as a sample to explore its performance evaluation mechanism,and gives the corresponding optimization strategy.In this study,first,the X Rural Commercial Bank as a case study,read and integrate a large number of domestic and foreign literature on performance appraisal,combined with relevant concepts and theories,it also explores the balanced scorecard theory and its feasibility in order to find out the problems based on the knowledge of the current situation of the performance evaluation of the X Rural Commercial Bank,taking the strategic goal of X Rural Commercial Bank as the starting point,the paper optimizes its evaluation index system and concrete performance appraisal scheme,and in the concrete design process,the author added branch-level balanced scorecard and department-level balanced scorecard to set the relevant indicators through the four dimensions of finance,customers,internal processes,and learning and growth,and conducted the consistency test,finally,based on the existing research results and the research conclusions of this paper,the balanced scorecard was simulated and the optimized results were analyzed,this paper gives some guarantee measures for the performance evaluation program of X Rural Commercial Bank,and points out the direction for the follow-up research.
