In the time of rapid economic and technological development, companies are in fierce competition. In order to maintain competitive advantage and pursue higher organizational performance, employees are evaluated in a very rigorous manner within the company to force them to pursue high performance. In order to meet the requirements of the company, employees often continue to work overtime, sacrificing the time they should rest. After a long period of accumulation, the employees' physical and mental resources will be seriously depleted and cannot be effectively restored, which will further lead to health problems such as emotional exhaustion. As a result, job performance will also decline.Based on this phenomenon, this paper believes that companies and employees must recognize the importance of resource recovery during non-working hours, and the new resources obtained through recovery experience can make up for the resources lost by employees under long-term work pressure and reduce employee burnout sense, making them more engaged in their work, which in turn will promote job performance.Based on the job demands-resources model as the theoretical basis, this study proposes a model of the effect mechanism of employee recovery experience on job performance.Combined with previous research, theoretical derivation and hypotheses are proposed, first is the effect of recovery experience on job performance, second is the dual intermediary effect of job investment and job burnout on recovery experience, and third is the impact of psychological capital on recovery experience and work.Moderating effect between investment and job burnout.Empirical research adopts empirical sampling method and cross-level analysis method to collect data for three consecutive days.In t the whole process,91 people filled in 273 valid questionnaires.Using SPSS 19.0 and Mplus 7.0 to do basic research and analysis on the sample data, and the verification research hypothesis adopted the two-layer model in the cross-level analysis method, and HLM6.0 was used for analysis. The empirical results show that: in the main effect, the employee's daily recovery experience has a significant positive correlation with daily work performance;work input and job burnout both play a part of the intermediary effect in the main effect;psychological capital in the daily recovery experience and each There is a positive adjustment role between daily work input, and the adjustment effect between employee recovery experience and job burnout has not been effectively verified.According to the results of this paper, three countermeasures are proposed to the enterprise and employees. From the perspective of the enterprise: the enterprise allocates workload according to the capabilities of the employees, guides the employees to realize the recovery experience, and attach importance to the role of employees' psychological capital; From the perspective of employees: employeesmust adopt multiple methods to enhance the recovery experience, enhance the role conversion awareness and ability, and improve time management skills.
