The Research is about electrical appliance enterprise employee’s working pressure, psychological capital and job burnout questionnaire, on the basis of analysis of electrical appliance enterprise employee’s work pressure, the relationship between among the psychological capital and job burnout, the psychological capital and employee’s work stress, psychological capital and job burnout. And the psychological capital in the role of relationship between job stress and job burnout. Through this study, seeks to reduce the staff working pressure, job burnout, the effective ways to improve employee’s work efficiency, and create more value for the enterprise. Th e study found that electrical appliance enterprise employee’s work pressure and the overall situation of the psychological capital and job burnout in the medium level; Employees’ psychological capital overall situation and job stress overall situation and job burnout overall situation exists significant negative correlation relationship; Electrical appliances enterprise staff psychological capital can adjust the relationship between job stress and job burnout, t he electrical appliances enterprise managers can improve employee’s psychological capital to reduce employees’ job burnout status.
