Research On The Coordinated Development Of Northeast Fujian

With the development of economic globalization and the deepening of China's market-oriented reforms,regional coordinated development has become a new feature of interaction among regional cities in China.The academic research on this phenomenon stems from the emphasis on horizontal intergovernmental relations under the development of intergovernmental relations theory.At present,in order to guide the practice of regional coordination,the central government has formulated a series of top-level designs with a view to solving various problems encountered in regional coordinated development.The construction of the Northeast Fujian Coordinated Development Zone has both its historical evolution and practical requirements.How to get rid of the development bottlenecks encountered in reality has become an urgent problem that needs to be solved to realize the leap-forward development of the Northeast Fujian Coordinated Development Zone.This article is based on the intergovernmental relations theory and the governance theory of urban agglomeration,and takes the Northeast Fujian Coordinated Development Zone as the research object.It summarizes the coordinated development of Northeast Fujian from the beginning to development,to expansion and promotion,and finally to each historical stage of comprehensive cooperation,summarizing the cooperation mechanism and the main practices and achievements in various important areas.Through the vertical comparison within the case,and the horizontal comparison with the two coordinated development zones of Southwest Fujian,and Changzhutan,we use the intergovernmental relations theory,urban agglomeration governance theory,and the secondary analysis method of statistical data to objectively analyze the Northeast Fujian collaboration The problems and causes of the development progress,and then put forward countermeasures and suggestions for further promoting the coordinated development of Northeast Fujian.From the top-level design,we proposes to strengthen the overall coordination function of the superiorgovernment,improve the horizontal coordination mechanism between governments,and improve the incentive mechanism for benefit sharing,etc.From key areas,we recommend more infrastructure interconnection,deeper industrial collaboration,better ecological co-construction and co-governance,and more public service co-construction and sharing.
