| Micro-finance has been developing for decades in our country,and it plays an important role in solving the problems of poor people's development of production,promoting employment,equity participation,increasing income and stabilizing poverty alleviation.Yu'an District of Lu' an City,Anhui Province,which has the characteristics of weak ability to resist natural disaster risk,deep poverty degree and high risk of returning to poverty.micro-finance,plays an important role in alleviating regional financial exclusion and promoting regional economic development in Yu'an District in recent years.However,the imperfect credit risk prevention mechanism and poor system management lead to the failure of micro-finance to fully play its due role.Based on the results of regression analysis,this paper focuses on 19 villages in Yu'an District,analyzes the poverty situation and the operation of micro-finance,collects relevant data and establishes a mixed effect model with Stata 15.1 software,and quantitatively analyzes the poverty reduction effect in the area.According to the results of operation analysis and empirical analysis,aiming at the problems existing in the practice of micro-finance,and the constraints of external environment,a series of measures are put forward to reduce government intervention,provide system guarantee,innovate propaganda mode,promote rural revitalization and optimize industrial structure,so as to improve the poverty alleviation effect of micro-financet in rural areas and promote the overall poverty alleviation in the region. |
