Research On Risk Assessment Of The Communication Engineering Project Based On Cloud Model

With the increasingly fierce market competition in the communications industry,the operation of communications engineering projects is also facing new challenges.The communication engineering project is relatively technically demanding,involves a wide range,and has a long engineering period.Therefore,the risks of the project have become more complicated.Improving the risk management level of communication engineering projects,reducing losses and reducing costs is of great significance to communication engineering projects.Based on previous research,this dissertation uses cloud model theory to analyze and evaluate the risks of communication engineering projects.This dissertation mainly introduces the relevant concepts,risk characteristics and risk assessment related content of the communication engineering project,and uses the methods of summarizing and summarizing the relevant literature and expert interviews to analyze the communication from the four aspects of economy,management,design and technology.The project's risk indicators were analyzed,and 15 second-level indicators such as interest rate risk,inadequate technical level of personnel,design changes,and timeliness of communication technology were set up to construct a risk assessment indicator system in this paper.Using the cloud model,a risk review set was established on the basis of the golden section method.The risk factors were scored using expert scoring methods.The comprehensive risk value can be obtained by calculation.On the basis of obtaining the comprehensive evaluation cloud,the risk standard evaluation cloud map and compare and obtain the risk level of the communication engineering project.In order to verify the risk assessment model of the communication engineering project,the risk assessment and analysis of the HB Mobile 4G phase 4 expansion communication engineering project were conducted.Invite experts in the industry to discuss and score risk assessment factors,use cloud generators to generate project evaluation cloud maps,and compare HB mobile 4G phase 4 expansion communication engineering project evaluation cloud maps with communication engineering project risk standard cloud maps.Obtain the risk evaluation results.Through analyzing the estimation results,put forward relevant solutions and suggestions.
