Study On The Rural Industrial Convergence In Heilongjiang Province

Under the China's new normal background and in the crucial period of realizing the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way and achieving the aim of two ‘one hundred years',rural and agricultural's development will undoubtedly play a crucial role in the economic development of the entire country.The richness of farmers is the prosperity of the entire country.The Central No.1 Document has repeatedly emphasized the importance of agricultural development.In 2015,the No.1 Central Document put forward the ‘Rural Industrial Convergence' for the first time and put forward relevant specific requirements about it.The development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers meet the opportunities and challenges.When talking about rural industrial integration,the Minister of Agricultural Processing stated that: The key to rural revitalization is talent;the driving force is double-strength,the focus is industry,and the way out is integration.Under the relevant background,this article selects Heilongjiang Province with more advanced agricultural development as the research object,and summarizes the overall rural industrial integration in Heilongjiang Province on the basis of research on relevant theories of industrial structure softening theory,industrial value chain theory and transaction cost theory.And then,explain the conditions for the development of the integration of rural industries in Heilongjiang Province and the environment and supporting security.According to the actual investigation,the development path of rural industry integration in Heilongjiang Province has been summarized—the extension of the agricultural industrial chain,the functional extension of rural areas,the construction of agricultural information,and the integration of production and industry.Then,the quantitative analysis of the development of rural industry integration in Heilongjiang Province was carried out by means of grey correlation analysis and entropy method.It was concluded that rural industrial integration in Heilongjiang Province faces new challenges in the process of industrial transformation and upgrade,and that the mainstay of rural industrial integration needs to be cultivated and the integration of three industries is not high.The problem of loose integration of industrial interest interests,loose integration of rural industries and financial and financial services,and inadequate technology penetration in rural industrial integration.Based on domestic and international development experience and suggestions for cracking down on development difficulties and seizing opportunities for development,such as: cultivating new types of agricultural management entities,improving integration mechanisms,activating industrial integration development,improving agricultural education,social service systems,and improving industrial organization forms,Broaden the channels for farmers to increase income.
