Research On The Development Degree And Optimization Path Of Rural Industry Integration

Along with the vigorous development of new and high technologies,new technologies,new products and other factors have gradually penetrated into the agricultural sector,breaking the clear boundary between agriculture,industry and service industry,providing a new opportunity for the integration and development of rural industries and the realization of agricultural modernization.As a large agricultural country with a large peasant population-China,the foundation of the national economy is agriculture,and agricultural modernization has become an important part of the "four modernizations" of the country.Since the reform and opening up,China's agriculture and rural development have achieved remarkable achievements.Food crops and cash crops have been harvested year after year.Farmers' income levels have been continuously improved,and the rural infrastructure environment has been continuously optimized and improved.However,behind the remarkable achievements,there are still some problems that cannot be ignored.For example,agricultural production costs and agricultural product prices are on the rise and fall,agricultural resources and environment constraints are tightening,competition in domestic and international agricultural products is intensifying,and farmers are increasing their income.The trend of slowing down,the gap between urban and rural areas continues to widen,and the issue of “agriculture,rural areas and farmers” remains a short-term for social and economic development.At the same time,the Chinese economy has entered a new normal,and a comprehensive well-off society has entered a new era of tackling difficulties.How to achieve agricultural modernization,stimulate the vitality of rural development,and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas in the current context has become an urgent problem to be solved.The Party Central Committee with General Secretary Xi's core attaches great importance to this.In the report of the 19 th National Congress,the rural revitalization strategy was clearly proposed to solve the problems in the current agricultural and rural areas.The key to the rural revitalization strategy lies in the prosperity of the industry,and the basic way of industrial prosperity is the integration of rural one,two and three industries.As early as the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,it has already proposed to promote the "integration of the central government,the integration of the first,second and third industries".Since then,the central government's No.1 document for five consecutive years from 2015 to 2019 has involved the development of rural one,two,three industries.The problem is to raise the current agricultural and rural problems to the national level,so as to point out the development direction and create a favorable development environment for promoting the integration of rural industries.As a microcosm of China,Henan Province is a large province of agriculture,population,economy and culture,and has a good advantage in promoting the integration and development of rural industries.In view of this,by advancing the development of rural industry integration,there are problems in the development of agricultural and rural areas,thus realizing the transformation of large agricultural provinces into strong agricultural provinces and realizing the historical task of revitalizing the rise of Henan and central China.The Henan Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government also attach great importance to the integration and development of rural industries and promulgate a series of agriculture-related policies to promote the integration and development of rural industries.However,the integration of rural industries is an emerging product.Especially for Henan Province,people lack sufficient understanding of the problems,the degree of integration and the optimization path in the process of rural industrial integration and development.Therefore,it is very necessary to explore the degree of rural industrial integration development in Henan Province from an academic perspective,and it is necessary to accelerate the development of rural industrial integration development,and it has important theoretical and practical value.Based on this,this paper takes the traditional agricultural province-Henan as the starting point of research,and uses the theory of division of labor cooperation,the combination of agriculture and industry,industrial agglomeration theory,agricultural versatility theory,industrial chain and other related theories to influence the development mechanism and industrial integration of rural industrial integration in Henan Province.Analysis of the feasibility,basic path and interest linkage mechanism of development;Thirdly,constructing the evaluation system of rural industrial integration development degree in Henan Province,and using entropy method and grey correlation analysis method to empirically analyze the degree of rural industrial integration development in Henan Province,and discover that the degree of rural industrial integration development in Henan Province is a gradual process,but overall it is still at a low level;Thirdly,Therefore,it is found that the degree of rural industrial integration development in Henan Province is low,and the development of new agricultural management entities is slow;Finally,aiming at the problems existing in the process of rural industrial integration development in Henan Province,the author proposes an optimization path to accelerate the integration of rural industrial development in Henan Province,which is to promote the development of rural industrial integration by extending the industrial chain,so as to accelerate the cultivation of new business entities.The carrier,with the core of strengthening the interest linkage mechanism as the core,is supported by the improvement of the security system,and is driven by technological innovation,thereby further improving the level of rural industrial integration development in Henan Province.
