The plastic industry is a new industry developed in the 20 th century.China’s plastic industry began to develop after the founding of the People’s Republic of China and expanded rapidly after the reform and opening up.During the eleventh five-year plan period,the annual growth rate of China’s plastic product output and output value was20.1% and 20.06% respectively.Plastic processing has become the largest emerging industry in the domestic light industry,sunrise industry;At the same time,China has surpassed the United States to become the world’s largest producer and consumer of plastic products.Fujian CH plastic products company is the leading enterprise of plastic household products in China,mainly engaged in the research and development,production and sales of daily plastic products.However,the company’s performance has been slow in recent years and its development has encountered bottlenecks.How to achieve sustainable development in the competitive market environment is a challenge CH urgently needs to meet.Based on enterprise strategy theory,this paper analyzes the external macro environment,using the PEST analysis through the comparison research of the representative enterprises in the same industry at home and abroad,analysis the enterprise’s competition situation,and from internal resources,the ability and the business risk three angles in-depth analysis the company’s current internal environment,sums up the CH company in recent years,the problems existing in the development and formation,induce CH company’s strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats.Make full use of external development opportunities,avoid threats,give play to the advantages and disadvantages of the company,and adjust the strategic direction of the company;According to the existing problems in the development of the company,a set of development strategy planning under the new situation is developed,and thecorresponding safeguard measures are put forward.Finally,this paper summarizes the key points and core of the development management of CH company,hoping to help it realize the corporate vision of becoming bigger and stronger.
