| The development strategy of an enterprise is a long-term and overall planning,decision-making,and organizational command for the future development of the enterprise.SZ Food Group is a large private enterprise mainly engaged in processing meat products.As of the end of 2022,the company has established a wide range of terminal sales networks in most regions of Shandong Province and has embarked on a journey of national market expansion.However,with the increasing demand for meat products among residents,the competition in the meat industry is becoming increasingly fierce,and SZ Food Group is facing increasingly heavy competitive pressure.At the current stage of development in the meat product industry,how meat product enterprises can seize opportunities and achieve improvement in various aspects,in order to remain invincible in the industry,has become the core issue of SZ Food Group’s development strategy.This article takes the theory of enterprise development strategy as the research foundation,using SZ Food Group as the actual research object.Firstly,the external environment of the enterprise was analyzed using the PEST and Porter’s Five Forces models.Then,the internal environment was analyzed through enterprise resource capability analysis to understand the resources owned by the enterprise.Then,combining the internal and external environments of the enterprise,the strengths and weaknesses of SZ Food Group were identified using the SWOT matrix.The strategic selection was determined using the SPACE matrix and relevant expert scoring method,and the QSPM matrix was used to determine the development strategy as the final strategy.Specific strategic plans were developed in terms of product diversification,production and sales integration,and multi-channel marketing to achieve market share and revenue growth.The article provides guarantees for raw material supply,food quality and safety,research and development,production,and marketing systems to facilitate the smooth implementation of the enterprise’s strategic plan.Based on detailed market research and real and effective information from SZ Food Group,this article combines the enterprise’s practical plan with strategic management theory,hoping to provide reference for the strategic planning of SZ Food Group and for the development of the meat industry. |
