Based On Six Sigma To Research Product Quality Management Of S Company

Six Sigma quality management system is a logical and rigorous process cycle,which is a systematic method composed of project management technology,statistical analysis technology,modern management methods.It focuses on customers,describes product or process performance by data analysis,and closely links continuous improvement with customer satisfaction and organizational business objectives.Therefore,for the traditional manufacturing industry,it is very important to study the Six Sigma management method and how to apply it in the enterprise.This paper first analyzes the Six Sigma theory,introduces the definition,organization process and implementation process of Six Sigma.By comparing the characteristics of Six Sigma and other quality management theories,the scientificity of Six Sigma theory is highlighted.On this basis,selected the actual case of S30 meter quality problem of S company's main products,according to the Six Sigma DMAIC theory,that is,analysing the case from the definition,measurement,improvement,analysis and control.At the same time,we make full use of the quantitative analysis tool Mintab to compare the big data accumulated in the process detection,and finally determined the key factors to improve the product quality of S30 ammeter by improving the assembly process capacity of the ammeter magnetic system.Finally,S company through six sigma culture construction,personnel training certification and performance incentive to ensure the implementation of follow-up improvement.Not only to ensure product quality,but also to significantly reduce the cost of poor quality,improving the profits of enterprises and customer satisfaction.The practical effect of Six Sigma theory is verified.It can be used for reference to the same industry in China.
