| The “Bus First” policy is a public transportation policy implemented by the Chinese government in response to urban diseases in the process of urbanization.In the context of “Bus First”,the lack of integrated development of bus station resources and the financial problems of bus companies restrict the sustainable development of urban public transportation systems.Therefore,according to the characteristics of bus station resources,it is necessary to explore the development strategy of bus station resources to provide a strategic basis for comprehensive development of China’s bus station resources.From the domestic and international literature review,the integrated development research on transportation resources is mainly focuses on the TOD development of public transportation.Based on the development idea of TOD,this paper analyzes and combs the characteristics of bus station resources,analyzes the feasibility of the development of bus station,and puts forward the strategy choice of integrated development of bus station on the basis of domestic and foreign cases.Based on this,this paper takes a warranty plant station in Beijing as a case,uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),constructs the corresponding evaluation index system,and finally determines the development strategy through the method of expert scoring.The main conclusions of this paper include:(1)the integrated development strategy of bus stations depends on the internal and external conditions such as the resource attributes of bus stations and the location characteristics of cities.This paper summarizes the integrated development strategy of bus stations into three typesaccording to different attributes: comprehensive high-end business development strategy,comprehensive business and residential development strategy,and comprehensive commuting career and residential development strategy.(2)taking the station development of a group in Beijing as a sample,the paper analyzes the development strategy selection.This paper constructs the corresponding evaluation index system,which includesthe economic environment dimension,the location environment dimension,the social environment dimension and the policy environment dimension.The results finally display that the station is suitable for comprehensive commuting career and residential development strategy.(3)the case study further verifies that the bus enterprises need to determine the development strategies based on the resource conditions and the corresponding environmental conditions of bus stations.This paper provides a number of station cases at home and abroad,including Canada Montreal “Dungeon” development case,Singapore Rail Transit Station development case,Wuhan Wusheng Road Public Transport Hub development case,and Chongqing Dafosi Bus Station development case.In short,the development of bus station is an important area supported by the national and ministry policies,and plays an important role in promoting land development and commercial development,prospering the urban economy,and promoting industrial upgrading.Constructing development strategy of bus enterprises’ bus station resources that meets the specific city needsis an important basic condition for realizing the traffic and economic and social functions of the bus station. |
