Research On The Development Model Of Boundary Cities In Urban Agglomerations

Urban agglomeration is an evolving urban cluster system,which has certain stage and dynamic characteristics.As the role of urban agglomerations in China's economic development becomes more and more important,development and expansion have become a basic trend,so the number of geographic spaces such as "urban agglomeration border cities" is increasing."A specific geographical space composed of two or more urban agglomeration areas at the junction,with the city area as the basic structural unit" is the "urban agglomeration boundary city",which is more special and is located in two or two The cities in the above urban agglomerations are "intersection cities".However,what does not match the reality is that there is a relative lack of relevant research on "urban boundary city".In order to further strengthen regional economic ties and further improve the regional economic network,it is necessary to carry out relevant research starting from the urban development model of the city cluster boundary.Based on the concept of boundary city,this paper takes 71 groups of "urban agglomeration-boundary cities" composed of 20 urban agglomerations in China as research objects,takes urban competitiveness as the main variable,and uses nonstationary spatial dimension expansion methods and gravitational models respectively.A method to comprehensively analyze the spatial correlation and spatial connection characteristics of each boundary city and its corresponding urban agglomeration,and then summarize the development model of the boundary city of the urban agglomeration.In view of the particularity of intersection cities,this paper divides the boundary cities of urban agglomerations into intersection cities(11)and general boundary cities(60).The research results show that the development model of border cities can be summarized as polarized,balanced and balanced and balanced.Among them,from the perspective of spatial correlation,the analysis results of the non-stationary spatial dimension expansion method show that the intersection city development model is 2 polar cities,5 balanced and integrated cities,and 4 balanced edge cities;the development model of general border cities.There are 21 balanced and balanced cities,17 balanced and marginal cities,and 22 polarized cities.From the perspective of spatial connection,the analysis results of the gravitational model show that the development model of the intersection city is 3 polarized cities,6 balanced and integrated types,and 2 balanced and marginal types;the general border cities are further subdivided into internal integration types under the original model And external expansion,including 21 internally polarized cities,14 internally balanced and integrated cities,14 internally and balanced balanced cities,2 externally expanded and polarized cities,and 6 externally expanded and balanced cities 3 in other cities.
