Steel structure industry is an industry which specializes in steel deep processing,manufacturing and installation.It is a combination of traditional manufacturing with high labor-capital intensity and new manufacturing of equipment and technology.With rapid development of steel structure industry,cultivating talents with high qualities and technical skills is urgent affairs that solve the problem of talent shortage and low labor quality in this industry.The training of skilled personnel is the basic work of the industry development and technology promotion.Improving the training system is beneficial to improving the cultural quality and technical ability of employees as well as the technical and competitive strength of the enterprises,which will contribute to the realization of the company's business objectives and workers finding their direction in career planning,which is a win-win for workers,enterprises and the industry.Establishing and perfecting an effective training system is the key problems of the training of skilled personnel in the steel structure industry,and understanding the demand status of the skilled personnel is the first problem in the steel structure industry.Based on investigation and analysis of the current situation of skilled workers in the industry,the training of skilled personnel method,workers' satisfaction toward training,the ultimate goal of the paper is building a lifelong vocational skill training system for skilled workers.This paper deeply explores training needs from skilled workers and enterprises by questionnaire survey and in-depth interview.In this paper,we believe that(1)The training needs of enterprises and skilled workers are similar in that they are concerned with training content and training quality tracking and control.But they have differences.The training focus of the enterprise is how to improve the technical level of the enterprise and how to create a stable technical team,while skilled workers are concerned about the form of training and its impact on pay.(2)A complete training system should include training system,demand analysis,content design,training implementation,assessment standards,training quality tracking and control,and continuous improvement.Training focuses on solving outstanding problems in industries and enterprises and improving the technical skills of skilled workers.At the same time,the problem of individualization,differentiation,recognition and unification of ideas of employees should be considered.The training can also improve workers' cultural quality.(3)By coordinating industry resources,linking up vocational colleges,and designing training course system,CSCS will establish assessment standards,explore apprenticeship which is adapted to industry characteristics and build a team of skilled teachers with outstanding technical levels in the industry.CSCS can coordinate the participation of enterprises in the industry,not only solving the problem of insufficient teachers in a single enterprise,but also promoting the industry's advanced technology and experience by “classroom and practical operation" training mode.The joint participation of government,association,enterprise and vocational college in the training can fundamentally change the current situation of the shortage of skilled workers in the industry.
