The rapid development in the era of knowledge economy, technology companies ushered in new challenges and opportunities, but also put forward higher requirements to enterprise managers and staff quality, increasing emphasis on staff training and more and more enterprises, rely on training innovation, to enhance organizational continuous learning ability, thus improving employee and organizational performance. In order to put the company into a high-performance, high-quality and sustainable corporate, in addition to strengthening the importance of employee training in understanding, but also need a set of effective improvement of performance-based training system for training achievements into productivity, promote enterprise better development. The transformation of the training depends largely on the outcome of the early grasp of the training needs analysis is accurate place. Construction and consistent corporate strategy based on business performance training needs analysis mechanisms to improve corporate training system, not only fully reflects the value of the existence of corporate training, it is the driving force of the company’s future development.This article is written through the understanding of the study of the relevant literature at home and abroad, the effective integration of theory and practice of corporate training and corporate performance management, and summarize relevant valuable research results, as a theoretical guidance, then using questionnaires, the SX’s existing training system to sort out, and then in-depth analysis of corporate training needs analysis work SX Company problems. On the basis of this analysis, the proposed measures and recommendations to solve the above problems, combined with the need of strategic planning and employee career development of the company’s development, the use of competency models, build SX Company training needs analysis based on the mechanism performance. Thereby further improve the SX Company’s entire training system.
