Since the implementation of the Interim Regulations on Registration of Real Estate in 2015,registration of real estate across the country has been intensively carried out.Company M,with its 15 years in the construction of land information experience and the advantages of technology,rapidly occupied a large piece of the estate market.Due to the complexity and particularity of real estate registration project,there are some management problems,especially the schedule management in the real estate registration project of Company M.Progress management is the core of the project management,not only related to the completion of the project on schedule,but also with the cost management,quality management is closely related.To increase the income of company M,the first thing is to improve the management of real estate project,especially the schedule management level.Based on the real estate project schedule management situation of Company M,the paper analyzed the project schedule delay factors,studied the countermeasures,found strategies and measures,and verified its effectiveness in specific projects.First of all,using the theory of project management,the factors of project schedule delay are found out through the present situation analysis of company M's real estate project schedule management.The project progress is analyzed from the aspects of personnel factor,project management factor,real estate product factor and external customer factor and so on.Secondly,based on the delay factor of the project schedule,the project management theory is used to analyze the countermeasure,and the management level of Company M's real estate project is improved from strengthening personnel management,the project schedule management,product testing and communication.This paper not only has a guiding significance to solve the problem of delay in real estate project progress,but also provides reference for project schedule management of other companies in other industries.
