The real estate industry has moved from the stage of blind expansion to the stage of high-quality development,and refined management has gradually replaced the rough management.How to do a good job of project schedule management,efficient control of development rhythm has become the most concerned topic in the industry at present.In the process of development and construction of HYN Group’s Good Time real estate construction projects,progress overruns occur,and scientific progress management methods are adopted to ensure that the project is delivered on time and with quality,and to prevent the risk of late delivery of the project,which has become the primary goal of HYN Group’s Good Time project company.Based on real estate construction projects,this study takes the Good Time project of HYN Group as the research object,takes the optimization of project schedule management as the research theme,starts from the event of overdue work tasks at milestone nodes,uses project schedule management,organization management and other related theories to optimize the schedule management scheme of Good Time project,and seeks to solve the problems of Good Time project schedule management at high speed and effectively,while providing reference for the same type of projects.Firstly,it introduces the basic situation and original progress plan of the Good Time project,and use research methods such as questionnaire survey,field survey,and interview to analyze the problems of unreasonable plan layout and ineffective implementation of plans in project progress management,as well as the main causes of the above problems: lack of scientific methods to arrange plans,backward project progress control methods,and imperfect project quality control mechanisms.Secondly,using the basic theory of schedule management and control,we optimize the Good Time project schedule management program by using tools such as work breakdown structure,program evaluation and review technique and critical path method to lay out the remaining work schedule of the project scientifically and around the problems and causes of project schedule management.Finally,for the implementation of the optimization program on the ground,organizational,institutional,technical and resource safeguards are proposed to ensure that the improvement program can be effectively implemented.In this paper,we have improved the schedule management capability of the Good Time project team through the optimization study of the Good Time project schedule management.At present,the optimization plan and guarantee measures have been implemented in the project and achieved certain results,on the one hand,the project schedule control has achieved the expected effect,on the other hand,the project product quality has been improved,and finally,the resource allocation is reasonable and the cost is saved.The study has accumulated valuable experience for Good Time Group’s future project schedule management,and also provides reference for industry peers in project schedule management.
