In project management,according to the different stages of each project phase,the focus of the project activities need to be different.In the project fixed schedule,quality and cost in Golden Triangle,in a way of speaking,the progress of the project management is the project management of the soul,is a comprehensive reflection of the status of implementation of the project integrated index.This paper studies the MAGOTAN models transformation project is based on the original European eighth generation of MAGOTAN models for China market models reconstruction project,in the middle of renovation project,MAGOTAN models,have been continuously,until the late of the project,namely ZP5 production management of start-up phase began outbreak,project start delay.The cause of the project is complicated,the main factor is that the project does not adhere to the scientific and rational project schedule management tools,resulting in the final project progress out of control.In the first chapter introduces the research background and content and behind the research method and content,and referring to the literature review and theoretical basis,through the theoretical knowledge to do academic research direction for this paper.In the second chapter for MAGOTAN Models Reconstruction Project tow reasons existed are analyzed details,further analysis of the integration of the overall project progress situation;in the third chapter,the overall project stage first through milepost decomposition,and for each event milepost the next step of the project process decomposition,work time parameter calculation for each task,before and after work to find tight tight,the total slack work confirmed the critical path,and according to the network model tool for the three stage mainly into the schedule optimization of network diagram.At the end of this paper,put forward how to ensure the security measures of project schedule optimization model transformation smoothly,by strengthening the text of contract management,to provide a fair for the establishment of a separate project schedule management control specialist,transparent reporting system,the entire project for information management.In addition,the distribution matrix safeguard measures also need to form departmental responsibilities,establish the examination and approval system of technological change and supplier evaluation and approval system of each period,as the safeguard measures in the transformation project.At the same time,for the part of the vehicle parts supply,with further optimization of the progress of the project,to the new progress of the goal of a big step forward.The reconstruction project of MAGOTAN models,although the middle project drag occurrence period,but progress through a series of optimization measures,appropriate recovery period,and in the allocation of resources,a reasonable allocation of resources,saving project investment.Thus,in large complex projects,scientific and reasonable use of network graph technology,the project schedule is optimized.
