Performance evaluation is the manager of the human resources management center link,and good performance appraisal system can help to improve enterprises'management system,which can benefit the enterprise overall in turn.How to mobilize the enthusiasm of the branch line staffs work and improve work efficiency,providing customers with high quality and satisfactory service,to increase the competitiveness of the post office bank,and the successful completion of the bank management indicators,is the basic starting point in this paper.In this paper,by means of questionnaires,face to face interviews questionnaire survey,and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS19.0 software,combining the incentive theory and the related theory of performance evaluation to knowledge,the postal savings bank of Fuxin branch staff as the research object,in-depth analysis of the existence of the Bank branch staff performance appraisal system problems.Based on the analysis of current situation of employee performance evaluation first,related to the performance appraisal theory as the guide,combining the successful experience of performance management at home and abroad on the basis of the performance appraisal system,the Bank branch staff were improved.Aiming at the existing problems of the performance evaluation,combined with the actual situation,put forward the improvement scheme of evaluation index,evaluation method,evaluation feedback and other aspects,so as to establish the new performance appraisal system scheme is reasonable,practical and feasible,the actual situation.Through the improvement of performance appraisal system,to further improve the working enthusiasm and working efficiency of the staff,to improve and perfect the performance evaluation system with reference to similar enterprises.
