Research Of The Corporate Culture Construction In H Securities Company Based On CMAS Analysis Method

Under the background of economic globalization,China's financial market is gradually opening up and foreign capital keeps pouring in.The market competition faced by China's securities companies is becoming increasingly fierce.As a talent-intensive industry,securities companies have high requirements for the quality of employee.While corporate culture is an important factor to guide employees' behavior.Therefore,to vigorously carry out the construction of corporate culture plays a very important role in maintaining the core competitiveness of securities companies in the fierce market competition.More and more securities companies attach importance to the construction of corporate culture.Corporate culture evaluation is an important link in the process of corporate culture construction.Without a good evaluation and diagnosis of corporate culture construction in advance,we can't accurately grasp the development status and the context of corporate culture,nor can we give practical improvement programs.However,corporate culture evaluation has not been widely used in China,and many securities companies have not carried out systematic evaluation in the process of corporate culture construction.Therefore,how to effectively enhance corporate culture is still a difficult problem for many securities companies.This paper takes H Securities Company as the research object,uses CMAS evaluation method,evaluates the current situation of H Securities Company corporate culture construction on the basis of questionnaire survey and data analysis,finds out the problems of H Securities Company corporate culture construction,and puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen H Securities Company corporate culture construction.
